TEAMS/ GAMES/ WAY OF COMPETITION
• Only one team per division
• 15 players maximum per team (7 a side)
• Games of 12 minutes half
• No Offside rule – in and out substitutions
• Throw in ONLY BY HAND
• Pass back to goalkeeper allowed (6 seconds to pass the ball)
• Round robin in groups – Best teams qualify (subject for changes)
• Win: 3pts., Draw: 1pt., Lost: 0pt.
PLAYING FIELDS:
There will be 24 football fields available for the games:
• Big : 60m x 40m + Goals 2m x 6m (estimate)
PLAYERS ELLIGIBILITY
• All players must Alumni
• A player can only play for ONE team in ONE day
• Any team using ineligible player will be disqualified
• All games played and remaining games will be declared a forfeit.

• Size 5
REFEREES
All official referees will come from the RIFA Association. Their decisions are final.

FAIR PLAY
At the beginning of the all matches, the 2 teams will line up and march together to the middle of the field and shake hands. At the end of the game, all players will line up again at the middle of the field and shake hands again.
Players are encouraged to play all matches with intensity and desire. However, UNNESCESSARY PHYSICAL PLAY PARTICULARLY THAT WITH THE INTENT TO INJURE, WILL NOT BE TOLERATED; CAUTIONS AND/OR DISMISSALS WILL RESULT.
OTHER IMPORTANT RESULTS
• All games will start on time
• Walk over-team not playing field or absent: Lost 0-2
• 2 forfeit games – Out of the tournament
• One yellow card in one game: warning
• 2 yellow cards in same game: Red Card +one game suspension (next game)
• Direct Red Card: 2 games suspension (succeeding games) – if the tournament committee finds it necessary the player may be suspended for the rest of the tournament.
